Chief Executive Officer

BSc Chemistry | Level 2 Beauty Therapy | Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology | Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET). Nicola combines a background in chemistry with over 17 years’ experience in the beauty and non-surgical aesthetics industry. She has built and managed multiple businesses and now focuses on developing advanced, results-driven aesthetic technologies grounded in both science and real-world expertise.

Alexander Pearson, MSc, BSc (Hons)

Chief Commercial Officer

Alexander brings over 20 years’ experience building and scaling technology-led businesses across Europe and the UK, now focused on the wellness and non-surgical aesthetics space. An endurance sports enthusiast, he has first-hand experience using recovery technologies such as contrast therapy and flotation, shaping his focus on solutions that support performance, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Melissa Bagshaw

Executive Assistant

Melissa plays a key role in maintaining the company’s operational backbone, overseeing finance, compliance, and delivery to drive efficient, scalable growth. With a background spanning accounts, administration, sales, and purchasing, she brings strong financial control, operational discipline, and a hands-on, process-driven approach.

Matthew Glennon

PR Consultant

Matthew Glennon is a PR Consultant at WA Tech, bringing expertise in brand positioning, client engagement, and market visibility within the aesthetics and wellness sector. A former professional footballer with a 22-year career, he combines a performance-driven mindset with over 15 years’ experience in the hair, beauty, and grooming industry as a successful business owner.

Ethan Maeer, BSc

Technical Operations Engineer

With a Bsc in Bioengineering, specialising in computer simulation of biomaterial-water interface, Ethan has been able to apply this unique learnings to his many years of flotation tank engineering / product development. His understanding of software systems has also allowed WA Tech to develop a market leading control system for the Enso Float Tank. Marco has been a familiar face in the installation and sales industry for over twenty years. For the past seven years, he has also been bringing his expertise to the wellness sector.
